काठमाण्डौ । माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेड बार्षिक साधारणसभा बोलाएको छ ।
ले आफ्नो २५ औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा डाकेको छ। भदौ २६ गते बसेको संचालक समितिको बैठकले २५ औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा
आउँदो असोज १८ गते आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो । सभा कास्कीको पोखरास्थित होटेल पोखरा ग्रान्डमा बिहान ११ बजेबाट हुनेछ ।
सभाले गत आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९/८०का लागि प्रस्तावित चुक्तापुँजीको कुल १४ प्रतिशत लाभांश अनुमोदन गर्नेछ। जसमा १३.३० प्रतिशतले हुन आउने १ अर्ब ३६ करोड ४२ लाख १ हजार ६९२ रुपैयाँबराबरको बोनस सेयर र कर प्रयोजनार्थ ०.७० प्रतिशतले हुन आउने ७ करोड १८ लाख ८९ रुपैयाँबराबरको नगद लाभांश छन्।
माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक र अन्य उपयुक्त बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था आपसमा गाभ्ने, गाभिने वा प्राप्ति गर्न तथा वैदेशिक रणनीतिक साझेदारीमा जान उपयुक्त देखिएमा बैंकको चल अचल सम्पत्ति र दायित्व तथा कारोबारको मूल्यांकनका लागि मूल्यांकनकर्ता नियुक्ति गर्न र यससम्बन्धी निर्णय गर्न तथा आवश्यक सम्पूर्ण कार्य अगाडि बढाउन सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी प्रदान गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव पनि सभाले अनुमोदन गर्नेछ ।
बैंकले लाभांश र वार्षिक साधारणसभा प्रयोजनार्थ लागि आउँदो असोज ८ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । यस अनुसार असोज ७ गतेसम्म कायम सेयरधनीहरुमात्रै यो बैंकको लाभांश पाउन सक्नेछन् ।
